Novartis Sandoz Spinoff Advisors
Cant find any info on who is advising Novartis on the coming spinoff of their generics division Sandoz. Does anyone have a clue? Guess its one of the biggest profile deals of the year in Europe along with DB Schenker.
Probably pjt and bofa in the mix.

Bofa have done most of the recent large cap deals for novartis.
