Is the lateral market really this bad? I have some good experience in CLT at a smaller boutique but having absolutely no luck trying to lateral to NY. Is there anyone in the same boat as me or someone in NY who can potentially help? Thanks

NY lateral market is bad for NYC bankers, makes it way harder being from outside the city
Lots of friends having a tough time trying to lateral from BB Aso roles to EB. Doubt you currently even have a shot coming out of CLT, but best of luck
