What's the culture like in Los Angeles for IB? Can't imagine it's as uptight as say, NY. California seems likes a laid back place, right??

I'm not completely sure what the day-to-day culture of New York is, but I do recall a time where CD&R stopped by for a meeting at my bank in LA and all they could talk about was how we weren't wearing ties and how laid back everything was.
