This takes away the whole point of less-known banks by asking for "less known" banks, because then thousands of kids see it on this post then apply / reach out. Hit LinkedIn and other websites to find these banks / boutiques, check out the team yourself, and give them a fight. Part of the act of breaking into finance is the personal grind. Good luck!

 

Check out Cohen & Company Capital Markets – $140k base, NYC office off Columbus Circle, does M&A, founded few years ago. Still competitive but not much name recognition as of now and still mostly involved with SPAC work.
