NYU LSC guarantees a spot to CAS Economics after your second year so I guess it shouldn't really matter but for IB placement which one would be more advantageous? I heard NYU LSC has really easy grading so it's probably a GPA booster, but is UC Berkeley Economics better for placement? Thank you!

Berkeley for sure, though if you’re an NYC or nothing type maybe worth trying to transfer to CAS early or stern. But recruiting from NYU CAS is an uphill battle and LS is even worse (bad reputation for accepting lower quality students). Plus overall UCB is a leagues better university (besides stern)
