O&G vs. M&M
what are the differences between M&M valuation and O&G valuation if you were asked to walk through a NAV model for either or in an interview?

No real difference except with mining you may have to mine x tons to get y tons of the metal/mineral so you'd just have to add that as an assumption. Obviously with O&G, if you pull up 1,000 boe, you're gonna get paid for the whole 1,000 (the amount lost is negligible).
