Omitting Non-Target Undergrad on Profile?

I've been browsing some top boutique IB and PE/VC companies and while browsing the profiles of various team members I've noticed that a few of them omit their undergraduate degrees. For example, they'll only display their Master's/MBA/PhD (which of course are all from top schools).

As someone who's currently going for some top MiF programs from a non-target undergrad, should I expect to introduce myself as a graduate from the higher ranked program (if I get into one)? I'm not ashamed of where I went for undergrad; I think I got a fine education with a great GPA in two technical majors, even if I had to do most of the legwork to get my foot in the door in IBD/PE. I just want to figure out why these guys are not mentioning their undergrad degrees in their profiles and whether it's common practice.
