Operating Cash Flow Question
The standard formula for OCF is:
OCF = Net Income + D&A - Increase in NWC
But this includes the effects of interest expenses through net income. Isn't interest a nonoperating expense, so it shouldn't affect OCF? Wouldn't it make more sense to also add back interest expense?
