Pay cut

How much of a pay cut would you take to leave IB to a more enjoyable life?

I’ll start…I think I will make ~$450K or so this year. To put an end to the 90 hour weeks and constant nonsense, I would take a $200K pay cut.

Currently working on this but have been discussing with some colleagues how interesting it is that IB is often so bad that people will gladly leave hundreds of thousands on the table.

What’s the largest pay cut you would take?
