Paying back fees to the company after resigning within probation
I’m currently in a grad scheme in a BB for IBD, but got a new offer that I cannot pass on. However, I am still in my probation period in which my contract states that if I leave my job during probation I will have to pay back “100% of all fees and costs paid for by the Company in respect of any course of study”.
Had anyone else resigned during probation period, and been hit with massive fees with their employer?
