PE Recruiting After Lateral
I just recently lateraled from a no name boutique to a very strong MM. (started in the fall). I had spent about 1.5 years at the first bank, and realized that for the sake of my career I had to leave. Question is, how will PE HH/firms look at this if I am trying to recruit for summer 2025 off cycle? I’ll only have spent ~7 months at my new place but I’ll have been in banking for 2 full years. Open to any insights/advice
