Physical prep for ft

Current senior here. Loved working this summer but not surprisingly it was a tough physical adjustment sitting in an office for long hours, straight focus, heavy stress, and not the best nutrition or sleep. Was able to manage it since it was just a summer sprint but am curious if anyone here has any tips on how to prep physically for ft? How do you squeeze in a workout / are you more cardio or strength focused? Any products or supplements you recommend? Any diets you’ve tried? Thanks so much!

Hit the gym in the morning before work. Even if I got a bit less sleep, I'd just feel better overall. The thing is, I usually have no idea when my day is going to end, so putting the workout in the morning means it will actually get done. Focus more on maintaining instead of gainz while you're still figuring out your work-life balance.

Grab a fruit smoothie instead of a soda, get a balanced diet instead of pizza/fries. Fuck alcohol. And grab an extra hour of sleep instead of trying to pick up girls at bars. You'll thank me 10 years later.

Your health deteriorates a little every day in a way you don't realize and by the time you know, it's fucked.
