PJT Urgent Interview!!

Hi, I have a friend who is doing PJTs women program for IBD. Has anyone gone through this process? It’s just a first round and a superday.

Main question is if it’s extremely technical or completely behavioral (only for women’s program)

People need to stop this "I have a friend" bs, we know it's you.

Thanks! So the technical aspect, would you say, is non existent?

Do people in these accelerated process get a pass as well if they don’t know all the technicals?

Hey! I did the women's program. First round was conducted by an HR person so primarily behavorial. Your typical why IB/PJT type questions. Tell her to know her story well. She also asked about my leadership/teamwork experiences and hobbies. The accelerated super day was very technical (I interviewed at a lot of BBs and EBs and PJT was the hardest). I can give more deets on that if your friend gets into the program. Feel free to ask any follow up questions : )

Thanks for the reply! She got into the program! I was wondering if you could maybe give some examples of the types of questions you got for the superday?

Thanks a lot :)

Hey, congrats to her! lots of technical questions on the super day. No paper LBOs or anything but questions on accredition/dilution analysis. Some typical dcf/valuation questions and then asked further questions off that. Questions about revenue models. I'd say just do the advanced sections of the M&I 400 guide and you should be great. I am from a non-finance background so I found the questions hard. Might be a piece of cake for others. I bombed the technicals lol and didn't get an offer.

Interviews with some of the senior people were pretty chilled tho. Very conversational
