Haven't seen a thread like this since 2014. Hoping to hear what post-MBA Associates can expect in terms of salary and bonus progression through A3. Does anyone have any datapoints they can share?

I have a question about A0. Since A0 is your level when you just finish b-school, are you considered an A1 on Jan 1 of the following year? When do your "stub bonuses" and A1 bonuses get paid out?
Yes - they want you on a calendar year promotion schedule. Therefore, you get bumped up at Jan 1. Bonus is for the calendar year and are usually paid in March.
Any indication of bonus targets and/or variability?
