Look at historicals, how did capex evolve? Profit growth is useless. Revenue growth and depreciation are more intuitive when in comes to forecast capex.
Even then, rev growth might not be a good proxy depending on the business model. Have a look on AR or other presentations, they might describe their future capex plans in detail.
