Not enough info here. What do you want to do long term? Are you happy in the T2 city or is the goal NYC?
Also "reputable/well known" doesn't mean much, is that BB/EB/MM?
If the mezz fund doesn’t have a history of taking analysts, it may be too lean for people to train you and could be a bad experience. You don’t want to get there, associates / VPs go you don’t know anything I’ll just do this myself and relegate you to sending calendar invites and BS work. Also need to understand level of diligence they do etc
The BB/EB offer if it’s in cap markets group that doesn’t model there are precedents for people to move internally or externally eventually tho I’m not sure how much of an uphill battle that can be but I have seen people do it
