Private Placement Process
Can someone walk me through what the process would look like from the investment bank side of working on a private placement for a client (raising funds to fund a potential acquisition)? (ex: start with reach out to potential PE funds that may be interested, hold MPs, give access to data room to certain potential investors, etc.)
