Professional-looking hair styles for brown guys in IB?
Starting my analyst stint soon. I've had my hair long and wavy all through HS and college. I didn't think it was formal enough so I cut it short for my SA last summer and the cut was honestly a disaster. Now I am in a similar predicament and I'm trying to find the fine line between keeping it as long as possible and keeping it looking professional. I am curious what haircuts you brown guys out there have. If you could share internet pictures of recommended hairstyles, it would be a plus.

i'm brown and i go with a longer "side part" style - makeshift matt homer in white collar. hope helps
get a fade on the sides and do whatever you want with the top
doesn't even have to be a skin fade - can go down to a 1
