Province Firm Restructuring
Anyone have any insights into Province Firm? I know there was a post over a year ago but it seems they're fast growing and have a lot of potential. Just curious about comp, what work they mainly focus on, reputation, exits, or anything that might be helpful. Thanks!
Do you get any insight here? Interviewing soon
They are like A&M Alix FTI that does rx consulting, which is more operational focused. They don't work on transactions but focus on operational turnarounds. Province is a tier below the three mentioned, but growing quickly. Exit could be strategic consulting and rx banking.. maybe portco mgmt in PE?
Seconded, extremely strong exits to RX IB, and PE as well.
Does A&M have similar exits?
I wouldn’t say they have strong exits. The sample size is too small. The exits all happened a fairly long time ago.
Are they running a 2026 SA process?
Incoming intern at the firm - they run a same year process so just recruited for SA 25 a 2 months back
Cool thanks for the reply I'll definitely apply next year if I strike out this year. Any idea if they're target-based recruiting process or more a firm that evaluates based off coffee chats, etc., given their size
