I’d bet PJT/ PWP/ MOCO all raise to $120k (first year) like EVR, instead of 110. All of these firms historically pay very high.

I read a bloomberg article where a "wall street pay consultant" (whatever that is) said that it would take a year or two to shake out, but that $110k will end up being street with $120k being the EB standard.
Thoughts on rest of BB bumping to 110K? Feel like a 20K difference between certain banks isn't sustainable.
Any news on the associate pay increase?
