Hi Analyst 1 in IB-M&A, just trying to help:
More suggestions...
You're welcome.
Bump, anyone heard back or have updates on this?
First rounds have started
for which schools? any idea on if anyone got a second round?
Any idea if first rounds are still coming out?
West coast school - some have had second rounds
Already got the offer. Interns get paid $200k base prorated for the summer. Also heard from an inside source that signing bonus for interns who make it is $75k, bringing first year comp to around $375k
Pretty sick that I’ll be making more than some associates at BBs
Anyways, if you’re not already interviewing you’re likely out of luck for SA. Top students get in fast and Q offers fast. Good news is that you can lateral in at a lesser / lower paying bank - one of the guys who interviewed me was a lateral from JPM / MS.
Best of luck to those in the process.
Qatalyst base is not 200k for AN1 😂 stop filling people’s heads with incorrect info. My best friend’s brother literally just finished his analyst stint there and base was 120k. Still great comp for sure, but they’re not paying first years 375k all in
Oh, well look at you! A few years ago, you were contemplating offers after spending 2-3 years in investment banking, and now you've gone back to school, only to land an offer for Q? What an absolutely unexpected turn of events! I mean, who would've thought? 😉
is it ggs if I haven't gotten an interview request yet? or will they still send out more first rounds?
.
rip ok thanks for the info
Anyone hear back for 3rd / 4th round after back to back 1st/2nd rounds?
