Question about Coffee-chat (Networking)

Hi everyone,

I have a fairly simple question. Basically through networking I got really lucky and got a chance to talk to one of alumni who works in IB specifically Investment Management Division (Equity Solution Group). And next week I am meeting him for Coffee-chat , to be honest I am little bit nervous (First time meeting alumni for casual coffee-chat). Since my school is not a target school this might be my only golden opportunity to stand out.

So here are my questions:

1. What is specifically Investment mangement Divison (Equity Solution Group)? I mean I try to find them on Google but I could not find them online. Is that consider within the corporate finance (Equity Capital Markets) perhaps?

2. I already talked to him through by phone once for 30minutes. And I do not have a good topic or ideas to start a conversation. Any suggestions?

3. Is it okay to ask at the end of the conversation if he could introduce or connect me to person who are in M&A in corporate finance? Or is this too disrespectful? My ultimate goal is to be in M&A (corporate finance)
