Question for Everyone Scott Macon

Hi I go to a non target school, Clemson. former d1 college pitcher prior to arm injury. I am currently a senior. I had never had a job prior to my internship this past summer due to baseball. The internship was an 9 week program with RJ ibank as an analyst, my specific group was energy. I did well on the job, and got an offer from RJ Ibank In Houston. For now, I am keeping my ops open. My question is what do you guys think about Scott Macon? I have two interviews in oct one with Scott Macon, and the other with Citi anyone with experience with the firms, your help would be appreciated.

Also, is there a place on the site I could send my resume to get other ibankers to look at, or is anyone willing to take a gander. I have an uncle who is an ibanker he has looked at my resume in the past.
