Questions to Ask IB Recruiter

Hi everyone,

I am a sophomore at a semi-target university (Top 15, not Ivy) hoping to break into IB at a bulge bracket bank, and I'm currently in the process of networking and building skills. Fortunately, I have been connected to a high-level IB recruiter at a top firm and have a meeting scheduled. However, I'm having a tough time choosing questions to ask, since this recruiter is not an IBD analyst himself/herself. Besides questions on the recruiter's experience with the firm, what questions should I ask? I would like to ask questions specific to the Investment Banking Division and what steps I should take to improve my chances, but not exactly sure what to go with. I want to ask good questions that an insider could provide. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
