Quick Question - Interviews

Quick Question for all of you who deal with interviews, I have read quite a lot recently that a large number of interviews are remote video interviews (at least for the first round). I am quite curious to those who view the videos if any of the female candidate are a little more outgoing than would normally be expected in a interview.

Just curious really, I mean, would you hire someone for a year on small money just to increase the grade of totty in the office.

(BTW, for those who expected me to be dead, I am still going, for now)
