Does anyone have any intel about its: 1. Culture 2. Deal flow volume 3. Any agri food NA transactions, since I couldn’t find NA deals on capIQ 4. Exit 5. Any recruiting tips is appreciated

Personally know a couple of people there - they dominate the Agri deals on the street prolly along with Goldman so I guess that's good if that's the industry you're interested in. Their culture seems very solid and exits are improving as well I heard. No intel on the pay though.
