Raymond James Hirevue

I recently received an invite for a RJ hirevue and was wondering if anyone had insight into what questions may be asked? I understand there will be standard behaviorals like "Why Raymond James?" and "Why IB?". Just wondering if anyone had more insight.

talked to a couple previous interns, now analysts, they aren't sure. Their best guesses are mostly behaviorals and possible simple technicals

Do you guys think Hirevues are rolling? Or if you got it already, you're probably apart of the "first wave"

They are extremely easy questions. Like probably the most basic questions that could be asked. One try to answer and 30 seconds to prepare. There's 5 questions: 4 video ones plus 1 essay. The essay is writing trends about financial data they give you.

5 Questions (2 minutes to answer, 30 seconds to prepare)

4 Basic Behavioral ones (background, passion, why IB)

1 Graph analyzation one (easy no math or prior knowledge needed)

Good Luck

just got SA superday invite today to be had next week - consumer group

Nah. I seemed to get along well with my interviewer though and he said to expect an invite sometime this week or next so it's not like it necessarily should have happened by now.

Heard financial services group is having their round of Zoom interviews the upcoming week.

So are there anyone on here that haven't heard back after the hirevue? If I haven't heard back by now does that mean that I didn't advance or it's still rolling out? I applied to the LA office for tech and healthcare. Although, the recruiting team told me the hirevue was a general interview and isn't based on industry.

didnt get asked anything out of the blue there shouldnt be much surprise

Would you mind sharing when you heard back about the SD? Did my first rounds last week and haven’t heard anything

Not yet. I can't remember if the interviewer said we would hear the end of this week or next.

Are you talking about an actual superday or just the set of 3 interviews. I don't think it was a superday if it was the latter?

I was talking about the three interviews. My bad if I made a wrong assumption.

I've asked my interviewers and they said that the three interviews were in fact superday, and I should hear back sometime this week.
