Interesting question. Basically the middle arrow never changes, and when you compare to the first sequence, the first arrow is identical. And then the third arrow sort of moves clockwise each time. The only figure that meets all of that criteria is the very left figure in the second row.

left most, bottom row. Agree with careermonkey, the third arrow's pattern does not make sense - but based on the first two arrows, only the left most, bottom row pattern fits for the first two arrows.

agree w. most left second row. third arrow it's not so straightfwd though.

It was the same last year. Much better than Kenexa.

I got the leftmost figure in the second row, but only because if you look at the boxes diagonally from left to right it seems there may be a correlation between the right arrows. It looks as if the third arrow points in exactly the opposite direction of the previous arrow in the diagonal. That's how I came to my answer.
