Brady4MVPInteresting question. Basically the middle arrow never changes, and when you compare to the first sequence, the first arrow is identical. And then the third arrow sort of moves clockwise each time. The only figure that meets all of that criteria is the very left figure in the second row.
woah, how'd you know that? do you go to HBS?

this is what i thought as well. but if you look at the 3rd arrow rule, the 3rd arrow of the [1st row-3rd column] has turned clockwise twice, so it's not following the rule. not sure if this is an error on their part or not.

It was the same last year. Much better than Kenexa.

"The HBS guys have MAD SWAGGER. They frequently wear their class jackets to boston bars, strutting and acting like they own the joint. They just ooze success, confidence, swagger, basically attributes of alpha males."

I got the leftmost figure in the second row, but only because if you look at the boxes diagonally from left to right it seems there may be a correlation between the right arrows. It looks as if the third arrow points in exactly the opposite direction of the previous arrow in the diagonal. That's how I came to my answer.
