Reading while in IB

Given that many of us here are junior bankers working tough hours, I'd love to hear the forum's thoughts on how you all find time to read books, follow podcasts, and just otherwise stay up to date. Specifically interested in reading - I used to love reading books on business, economics, history, tech/science, etc, but just haven't been able to find the time lately.
