Recovering from the 100+ hour week

Just wanted to ask those with experience how long it takes to recover from a 100+ hour week, and if you have any tips/methods to aid in recovery.

I have just come off a 6 week spat wherein I had total hours of sleep totaling in single digits from the time I came in Monday and the time I left Friday. Two of those weekends I had an extraordinary amount of things I needed to get accomplished in my personal life, so they weren't much better (bumping up against 150 hours of being awake and attempting productive work for a majority of that - key word being attempting)

This week it has been impossible to stay awake. Drugs and coffee have stopped working - I am falling asleep at my desk while typing emails.

Any suggestions / advice is warranted.
