I'm in a major city - but not NYC (Chicago, SF, Houston) and I'm seriously looking to move back to NYC and stay in an IB analyst role.
Does anyone know of search firms/recruiters who specialize in relocations or NYC IB analysts? I know plenty that focus on the IB to PE move, but not so much just IB to IB laterals.
Any tips would be much appreciated.

Headhunters probably aren't the ideal way to go for lateral banking roles (with the exception of some boutiques).
