Recruiting at Natixis
Can't seem to find a post where everyone isn't hating on Natixis or in love with it. Can someone just please break down Natixis in a digestable way. Any info on the culture, comp, recruiting or really anything on their IB or Banking Pool Summer Internship Program.
Thanks
Are you in the process for the banking pool internship? I heard from HR I'm supposed to have a final round sometime soon but it's taken a while to get scheduled.
I'm a sophomore just starting to network. Haven't been able to find sources to talk about the program though. I fyou have any info on the US timeline/process it would be rlly helpful
Yes
a good shop. not the best in its class, but a good place to start out. this website is just hs seniors / or semi target sophomores (michigan / uva/ berkeley) who havent worked a day in industry
Thanks boss. To be fair, the posts r kinda funny. They're just not very informative lol

How long ago was your last interview with them? I'm in the process for them right now as well but for banking and last Friday had what I was told would be my final round. Waiting to hear back.

How long they take to get back to you after final round?
a day
It's on par with CVP/PJT/GS/MS if not better. Heard their analysts get insane responsibility and some are total rockstars (think sourcing deals from day 1). Think that's probably because the recruitment process is so stringent though (think 8+ hard rounds of pure technicals) and you need to be referred by an MD just to apply. Also heard their exits are top notch, even beating out PJT RSSG. MF PE and top SM HFs are virtually guaranteed, but for what it's worth these are actually seen as T2 exits at Natixis - the top bucket analysts get handpicked for C suite positions at F100s or top government positions (think President/House Speaker/Fed Chair). Turnover is quite low though and a lot of analysts choose to stay at the firm, given AN1 to MD promotion timeframe is typically 5 years. Comp is also well above market (think 250 base + 200% bonus AN1) which reflects the level of top talent they recruit. Also heard perks are insane as well. The firm has a private helipad on its roof and expenses private helicopter charters to and from the office each day. Also heard the HR there negotiated a deal with Nobu for delivery to the office which the firm expenses.
Overall great place to start your career
