Recruiting Help!

I am a junior at a semi-target on the west coast applying for summer analyst positions. I just feel an utter sense of desperation, and at this point, I am not sure what I should do.

I am out of interviews and have been shitting rocks because of this.

I summered at a well-known boutique during my sophomore summer. In total, I have had 10 or so first round interviews with regional BBs. 4 of these became final rounds. I have my 4th final round tomorrow.

Interviews are mostly over, and I still do not have an offer. I am hoping to return to the boutique, but competition is brutal this year. Worst yet, I see many seniors (with prior BB experience but no full-time offer) from my school extending their graduation and going through summer analyst recruiting as "juniors." Frankly, it is really fucking over a lot of people.

How long does it take for offers to be made after an interview? I had my other final rounds 6, 3, and 2 days ago. Anybody have offers from west coast places yet?

I definitely need to secure more interviews. What can I do?

Same boat as you. While I have gotten some final rounds, the same 3-4 people are nabbing all the offers, while everyone else is scrambling. I've resorted to dropping for some other fortune 500/wealth management positions.
