Recruiting with a signed offer
I have recently signed an offer with a top advisory firm in New York as a valuation associate making 100k starting in July 2026
My goal is to make a career in investment banking.
As many firms are still recruiting for summer positions, is it ethical to still recruit with a signed offer... and if so, should I mention that I have an offer on my resume?
