REFG Interview Questions

I am currently in commercial real estate appraisal and have an interview with GS Real Estate Finance Group coming up. From informal discussions with one of the VPs in the group, I found out that they will likely grill me with questions about appraisal, but focusing on what the bank cares about on the lending side. Does anyone know what the banks look for in a commercial real estate appraisal/what types of questions/concepts they might ask about?

Thanks for your help!
