I was wondering if there is any insight on the conversion rates for smaller teams in regional offices of BBs IBD. Do these smaller teams generally have high conversion rates as they don’t take in many interns or is it the opposite way? Just was hoping to gain some insight as I have networked with some in my area and as 2021 SA recruiting kicks off. thanks in advance.
