Depends what you want to do in REIB... if it's M&A, Goldman, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan all do well. If your interested in financings and equity/debt offerings, then Wells Fargo/BofA/Raymond James all do decently well. If you want to work at the fund level/with private sponsors, than JLL Securities/Evercore RECA/Lazard PCA would be a good fit. If your interested in strategic advisory for REITS than Lazards REGAL group does some interesting stuff.
End of the day, if your set on REIB, recruit with all groups.
