Resources for learning to structure tech start up deals, and value the companies.
Hi WSO, I'm looking for resources for learning how to both structure a capital raise in the tech start up space, as well as valuation methodologies for tech start ups.
Based on some recommendations on the forum, I've picked up "Investment Banking" by Joshua Rosenbaum, but I am looking for more resources.
I'm open to courses, books, or any other resource. Cost isn't an issue on course work, and i am in NY for in person resources.
Pick a number out of your ass from 4-15 on how "visionary" the product is and multiply it by the revenue.
If there is no revenue, make up a number on how revolutionary the product is and cite a "huge market".
