RX recruiting timing
Timing this SA27 recruiting cycle seemed super random, with rumors of RX processes ripping in December, Evercore RX filling their class by 2nd week of Jan, HL ripping offers randomly, and PJT RSSG running their superdays later than last year. Since PJT didn't even start superdays until EVR RX's class was filled, did they get stuck filling roles with candidates who weren't grabbed earlier in the cycle? Very interested to hear if anyone knows how these top firms viewed their recruiting timing this year and if it actually affected offer outcomes or class quality at all.
