Santander 2025 IB intern

Hey was just wondering if anyone had info on the spot for this summer, Ik it’s super late but they had an application out earlier this month and my friend got a first round and was wondering if they’re wrapped up w that posting and it’s not worth trying to network or if it’s still an an ongoing process. Would love to hear if anyone else has interviewed for it recently. Thanks.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it's not uncommon for some banks to still be in the process of reviewing applications or conducting interviews even late into the recruiting cycle. Networking remains a critical tool, especially if you're trying to gauge whether the process is still ongoing or if spots are filled.

For Santander specifically, if your friend recently got a first-round interview, it suggests that the process might still be active. It’s worth reaching out to alumni or connections at the bank to get clarity on the status of the posting. Additionally, applying and networking simultaneously could increase your chances of being considered, even if the timeline is tight.

Good luck!
