Scared shitless for return offer - anything I can do to help my chances?

My firm traditionally has a high return offer rate but I'm scared about it after seeing the shit market conditions. Is there anything I can do to help my chances?

Also my GPA dropped since signing so I really do not want to rerecruit

Firms generally recruit with anticipated future headcount and market conditions in mind as to not give out more spaces than they have space for to give FT offers to. So I think you're fine.
