Ended up with a few offers from top MMs and signed with one (shops like HLHZ, HW, Blair). I'm pretty happy with the firm, but concerned about exit opps since its not BB. While I'm somewhat interested in PE after this stint, I'm more interested in Corp Dev/CS. Do top corp dev teams recruiting from MMs or is it uncommon? Is it worth recruiting for a BB FT or lateraling? TIA
