SF Full-Time Living Situation
Know generally that I want to live near the FiDi area for work-- most likely in Nob Hill.
Have never lived in SF and so I was curious if I could find a studio or 1 BR in a nice / safe area for 2.5k or less.
Will be working at a bank that will be paying 110k for 1st years. Should I try to find a roommate? When should I look into securing housing? How do I find out about housing?
Apologies for all the questions, just a concerned incoming analyst.
I’m moving to SF in 4 weeks as a lateral hire. I’m gonna try to do a short term rental thing until June when more of the analysts come and then try to get some roommates. Renting a house with like 3 or 4 other guys in the Marina district would be ideal. especially if we could all pitch in like 2k or more.
Hey man I am moving to SF in like 2 weeks to be FT analyst 1 at a BB and I flew out here to scout areas and apartments, want to meet up and see if we can be roommates? I worked at a niche HF in LA for a year before this so I'm 23
