Current EB Coverage ASO2 in NY who's looking to make a lateral move back to SF (hometown), and after spending the past 3.5 years in a super sweaty and toxic group I'd definitely like to look for an improvement in those two areas. Does anyone know which groups in SF are have solid cultures?

From what I know/heard, PWP Tech + MS FSG seem to have by far the best cultures in SF. Those two places probably have it as good as it gets in IB. PWP SF has super understanding seniors, zero facetime culture, overall relaxed and chill culture with no hard personalities, and MS SF also has very little facetime culture, relatively respected weekends, and nice seniors.
What are the hours like at those offices? Sounds like a dream.
I imagine they only take super targets given brand name + location?
Also heard good things about PWP Tech. Barclays Tech has pretty good culture also (interviewed with them and got a buddy working there)
