Short Intro New Memeber

Hey, I just wanted to introduce myself. I heard about this forum over from AnalystForum. I am currently a college senior at the University of Florida (I read the thread awhile back about it) who recently passed level 1 of the CFA.

I am going to be lurking most of the time since I have no experience obviously and am mainly here to learn and ask some questions. Hopefully this post doesn't piss someone off. I am mostly a sarcastic asshole and it seems like some people here are as well, so let me have it if your angry at this post.

Thanks cackmenimble. I know its really not that big of a deal. Passing L1 is just showing you have a little ambition. But, going to a non target school, I need to differentiate myself any way I can. To be honest, I haven't really had any meaningful internships, so I am a behind the ball trying to catch up. I am probably going to start either the FRM or CAIA after passing (hopefully) L2 in June 08. However, I don't regret my choices. I have had the best four years of my life filled with great friends, girl friends, damn embarrassing stories, and plenty of alcohol. That time is over however, and I need to buckle down.
