Should I try reaching you to MD?
I know who the MD is in charge of recruiting at a BB at my school, should I try emailing him asking him for coffee or is that too risky?

If you are sociable and can be well prepared, it is a great idea.
Banking is inherently hierarchical and if you can get some face time with the top dog on the recruiting team and get him to like you/go to bat for you/want you, then it will bode well for you.
How should I phrase my email? It's obvious that I'm not just interested in learning more about since everyone knows hes the guy in charge of recruiting so I wanna be direct and not come off as a snake
