If I quit do I owe the total amount or what was given to me after taxes?
I was taxed pretty aggressively and I’m trying to figure out how much I could be on the hook for after leaving.

Your offer letter should state it, but 99% chance you will owe pre-tax amount. You should get a chunk back in your tax return though depending on your tax bracket.
