Social frats in banking
I realized from reading different threads on different schools that DSP and AKPsi place well into banking.
However, I was wondering what social frats place well into banking as well? I goto a state school and I am looking to rush in the fall semester and was wondering which social frat has the largest national alumni base in banking.
To be honest I always assumed regular Greek life was better for this than business frats. It helped me connect with some alums, whereas business feats didn’t seem as closely knit so I assumed alums wouldn’t really go to bat for them, but could be wrong. They just seemed like an annoying work-oriented circle jerk. Not that Greek life wasn't sometimes as well, but at least there were 30 racks involved.

Don't join a frat just because you want to network for a job. Join because you appreciate the brotherhood and want to have fun with the guys. The best part of a fraternity is that it's a separate life from the academics or clubs you might be involved in.
A kid came to a rush event we had and tried to talk to kids about finance. Did not get a bid.
there is no such thing as social frats. make real friends. get a life.
