Sophomore needs advice

Hi guys. I am an international sophomore student from a non-target school. I have a overall good GPA(3.9-4.0), STEM& business background, fair campus involvements(VP of engineering organization and selective IBD club),some pre-internship events and case competition. However, I feel extremely nervous when doing networking call and coffee chat. My voice gets shaky and my face gets red when I have conversation with people. The worse thing is that I don't know how to find a personal connection and being conversational; what I always do is to throw the questions I prepared before. Because English is not my first language, I feel inferior and sometimes I don't want to speak up. I am comfortable speaking with my part-time job co-workers, supervisors and people in my student organizations, but I just can't have conversation with elite students, people already in IBD, and people in frat/sorority(very social people). Recently I spoke with a senior in my school and he will be a full-time in a BB. As always I got nervous and even said something like "I doesn't".....which is very embarrassing.

I know you may think this is funny but I think it's really serious....Please don't laugh at me. I was wondering if anyone ever has the same problem like me and I really appreciate any advice.
