Contrasting the title, I have networked and was even able to get a couple referrals for one of the banks I'm applying to. However, I haven't had as much luck with other banks. What are the odds of landing one of these sophomore SA roles at a top (or really any to be honest) BB without the impact of effective networking and referrals? For context, I'm at a target/diversity.
